Natural Colon Cleanse

Anything organic remains the sought after element among consumers. Many are now becoming health conscious and environmentally aware of the pitfalls of artificial and synthetic materials. When it comes to taking care of our colon, people today are recommended to take natural colon cleanse supplements that deliver no side effects at all.

Back in ancient times, Greece introduced the practice of natural colon cleansing. In the U.S, colon cleansing became a hot issue in the 1920s and 1930s. But it faltered prominence decades after. Recently, with the revival of colon cleansing teas, enzymes and colon irrigation, such medical belief has gained popularity again.

The full health benefits of colon cleansing are still being studied, but some claims have been prepared for the importance of natural colon cleansing.

Basically, there are two general colon-cleansing procedures. The first includes purchasing products over-the-counter and the second is consulting a health practitioner to seek for colon irrigation.

Natural colon cleansing elements may be taken from powdered or liquid supplements. You are required to take oral supplements, while some are placed inside the rectum. The main objective of these supplements is to expel the unwanted contents in the colon.

Before taking anything, it is best advised to visit your doctor for proper prescription and procedure. Other details on different products, you can read them on the net or find in drugstores or supermarkets. Some of these are enemas, laxatives, herbal teas, enzymes, powders and anti-parasite formulations.

Meanwhile, colon cleansing can also be done through colon irrigation. The earliest colonic machine was developed around a century ago. Presently, colonic hygienists or colon experts do colon irrigation. Its function is similar to an enema. But it uses much more water without odors or discomfort. As you lie on a table, a gravity-driven pump or machine is employed to flush off 20 gallons of water using a tube inserted in your rectum.

While the water is contained in the colon, the therapist will massage your abdomen. Then the fluids and wastes are pumped out in another tube. The hygienist will repeat the process for about an hour.

The health expert may take different water pressures and temperatures and may or may not mix water with enzymes, herbs, coffee, or probiotics. Probiotics are supplements that contain beneficial bacteria.

The main theory in doing colon cleansing is the early belief of autointoxication. This deals with the notion that undigested meat and other foods may lead to mucus buildup in the colon. This, in turn, develops toxins that may be released to the blood’s stream and eventually poison the body organs.

Getting rid of toxins in the body may help a person to prevent incidences of fatigue, headache, weight gain and low energy.

Other claims of the benefits of colon cleansing include enhancing mental outlook, boosting the immune system, losing weight and reducing the risk of colon cancer.

Drinking coffee or tea on a regular basis is one natural way of cleansing. These drinks are anti-oxidants. However, they do not fully guarantee a thorough cleansing.

This has nothing to do with my colon. I have a problem with my eyes watering all the time. They "run with tears" like a "river". This has been going on for at least five years and everytime I see my eye doctor he tells me I have "dry eyes". I have tried everything on the counter plus things that have been recommended to me and nothing seems to work. I just had cataract surgery and the problem seems to be worse. I am still on some of the drops given me after surgery and when I saw my regular eye doctor he gave me some different drops to use but these don't seem to be working either. HELP!!!!!
Thank you.ydgskc45
