Have tooth in front just to side of front two teeth that has rapidly decaying cavity on backside (thankfully not front) which is now giving me pain from hot and cold.
I also have a bit of a tooth that needs to be removed where I've had root canals before, not concerned about capping, bridge, or crown, just want piece removed.
Haven't had problems with soreness there until tooth on top started hurting. Now they both seem to hurt at the same time when they do.
